- What is the status of my order?

After completing your order, we will send you an confirmation email. As soon as your order is on its way you’ll receive another email including a Track & Trace code so you can track the shipment of your parcel.

- Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer support at

- How long will it take to receive my order?

If the item is in stock and ready to be shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed and on average a further 2-3 business days for delivery (Austria) / 3-5 business days to Germany / 5-7 business days to Switzerland & EU

- How much is shipping?

Austria: Euro 5,00 € - Free Shipping from 200,00 €
Germany: Euro 10,00 € - Free Shipping from 200,00 €
Switzerland & EU : 17,00 € (Customs must be paid by customer)
International: upon request

- Which countries does BAYAMA ship to?

We currently ship to all European countries and offer worldwide shipping upon request, please reach out to us here

- How can I cancel my order?

You changed your mind and that’s OK! Please contact us here as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order. If your parcel hasn’t been packed or processed to shipping yet, we can cancel your order at no extra charges and refund the whole amount paid. If your order has already been shipped, you can still choose not to accept it so it will be automatically returned to us. We will then refund your amount paid, unfortunately in this case we can’t refund costs of shipping or customs.

- Why haven’t I received an confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be confirmed. In case you haven’t heard from us more then 2 hours after your order was placed, please contact our customer care at



- How can I return an item and what’s your return policy?

After receiving your order you may return any item within 14 days.
Please contact our customer care here with your order number and the reason for your return, we will then assist you further.

- To return your order please make sure the items are unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Return shipping will be at your own expense and you can use our original packaging or any different kind.

As soon as we’ve received and inspected the returned items we will process your refund immediately.

- Are returns free?

No, return shipping will be at your own expense. On the contrary, the initial shipping costs will be refunded with the purchase price.

- I've returned my order to BAYAMA. What happens next?

As soon as we’ve received and inspected the returned items we will process your refund which usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.



- Where are your products produced?

The design of our products is made in Vienna, Austria where we also try and test all our garments extensively before they are taken into production. The majority of our products is crafted by hand in Serbia where we proudly support a local workshop which shares the same approach in respect of ethics & social responsibilities.

- Can I combine the lounge set with different sizes?

You can mix and match our lounge set out of 2 different sizes. If you need different sizing for sweater or pants we are more than happy to assist you! Please reach out to our customer care here with your preferred sizes.

- How should I wash my BAYAMA garments?

Our garments are made of 100% organic cotton in superior quality. They will last a very long time, especially if treated well. If not mentioned different on the care tags inside your garment, please stick to the following instructions:

-Wash your garments inside out and on low temperature (30 degrees).
-Avoid tumble dry, do not bleach and do not dry clean.

Please note that organic cotton garments may shrink a little bit after the first wash. Ironing after washing helps return the fabric to its original size.
